Private Yoga & Pilates Training

We have a team of friendly, specialist London-based instructors offering private tuition* to individuals or small groups in your own space.  

Our instructors are trained in a range of Yoga and Pilates styles including dynamic power yoga, traditional Ashtanga yoga, gentle restorative yoga, core-focused Pilates and injury rehabilitation.  Therefore, your classes will not follow a set format but will be geared towards your own wants and needs, whatever your level.

There are numerous benefits to working one-to-one:
 - Fully qualified instructors from sports/movement backgrounds

 - Practice according to your own schedule
 - Customize your practice, move at your own pace
 - Time to break down postures and learn safe and correct form
 - Questions answered, individual needs met
 - Flexibility to work around injury or limitations
 - Choice of hour, 75 minute or 90 minute session
 - No additional travel time on your part...we come to you!

COSTS:
£45 per one hour session
£50 per hour and a quarter session
£55 per hour and a half session


 - Prices remain the same regardless of the number of participants.
 - Prices are subject to change but are guaranteed for the first 3 months after starting.
  - You will need to purchase your own mat, available at Yoga Matters, Yoga Mad, some branches of
Fresh & Wild, and at Sweaty Betty.
