Completed Session 3 of week 4. Enjoyed this session. My balance was better on these stretches with a big improvement on my left leg. Concentrating on the core and keeping tall helped.

10 Minute Total - Lower Body Strength #11.Β Enjoyed this session. My balance was better on these stretches with a big improvement on my left leg. Concentrating on the core and keeping tall helped.

Completed NEW! 20 Minute Whole Body Session #1week 4 session 2. Really enjoyed this workout on the whole body. Balance improved with me stareing straight ahead all the time. The two 1.5kg eights got a bit too heavy towards the end. Thanks Liz πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ
