After reading your post above I've just been reflecting on the month of April and despite trying to keep on top of and manage groin/lower back issues I started the month with the Beaconsfield 5 mile Trail Race, managed a 10 mile training run (the furthest I have run this year and for a while actually) and finished the month with the Serpentine 5k, Last Friday of the Month where I improved on my March time and clocked under 24 mins. Hoping things can stay good for May, thanks to the Pilates for Runners Liz :)

Liz (Pilates for Runners) just been updating my diary, the calendar for this week does not appear to be showing any sessions on Thursday 2nd May? Your email mentioned that there will be a live session at 7am, please can you confirm. Many thanks Lynn

Thank you Liz (Pilates for Runners) very usefully and helpful information for continuing to go forward with PfR. I also loved hearing your Pilates back story :)

Fleet Half Marathon :) I remember doing this one in 2006 and 2007! Sticking with shorter distances nowadays and did the Last Friday of the Month 5k in Hyde Park on Friday (first for me so far in 2024) and a week early this month due to next week being Good Friday. Pretty happy with how it went, better than my parkruns so far this year :)

Just got round to listening to this Liz (Pilates for Runners) many thanks, I frequently think about when should I be doing a session and if it will interfere with my running, cause aches and pains etc but will try to adopt your suggestion of fitting it in when I can and when I have that bit of dead time.

I'm up for this challenge, thank you Liz 😀

I've just seen the collections and hadn't realised they were there! I do like the sound of the Weekly Schedules, thanks Liz (Pilates for Runners) and with regards to your question on the Thursday 7am session, sticking to 30 mins would be great :)

Thank you Liz, there is talk of %’s on the kickstarter session’s done, where do I find out what my % is? Is it just via the app on my phone? I tend to use my web browser and can see that all sessions are done there and on my calendar but curious about the %. Thanks Lynn
